Our Business Process
Process One
We consider the first step as the most important in any task we interact with our Customers for. The first thing we do is to extract all the details relating to the problem or challange faced by the client. The main purpose is for us to have a full understanding of the problem in order to come up with the relevant solution.
Process Two
Having gathered all the information necessary information in order to initiate the development solution, our team gets back to the drawing board to create the first draft or sample of the appropriately fitting solution to the problem(s) and challange(s).
Conscious of the set and agreed time lines, our team will get back to you to present this very first draft.
Process Three
We also consider this step as one of the most important. With the first draft or smaple solution presented, we sit back and listen carefully at the client's view on the draft and how it can further be improved to address the challanges.
It is at this stage where we anticipate almost unlimited revisions on the possible solution untill the client is 100% satisfied that the solution (shall) fully address(es) the challanges or problems on table.
Process Four
With enougth time spend on unlimited revisions, and getting the solution that strikes the client's needs or challanges 100% head-on, our team shall move to developing the final draft or presentation of the solution.
Process Five
With Successive improvements on earlier drafts, the client(s) shall give the approval for the solution as the most suitable and relevant to their problems or challanges. Then the solution is ready to be launched or adopted and used to deal with its direct needs/challanges.
